i'm thinking, to keep things more interesting, perhaps the first tier of my 3-tier voting system should be allowed to be multiple candidates selection.

that way ppl fiyoun yibaydo tanajir la ba3don on the first round and not feel bad about it since i'm proposing public poll voting to make this exciting hehe
