Female Teacher Receives 9 Months in Jail for Sex with Student

Today as I was surfing the net I saw an article about a 28 year old teacher named Pamela Rogers Turner who raped a 13 year old student and received only 9 month in jail for it!!
What cought my attention was that people commented differently on this article (all news sites have an comment option under articles), Some people said that the boy was lucky he was able to have sex with his teacher and that he is "stupid" he made charges against her and others said that this was wrong. But some people said that 9 monthes are not enough, they said if it was a man who raped a girl he will spend his life in prison.

What do you think about the whole thing and what do you specially think about the 9 monthes are they enough or not???

In the article they said she raped him but can a man be raped?? (He can control his device and without it she can't rape him) but we should remember the guy is 13 he does not think like we do (I can't remember if at his age I wished this would happen to me or not but at 14 he would have been probably happy about it!)

i dont know if it was the same teacher, however there was a similar case where the teacher has 2 kids now from one of her students, he was a minor, and she was jailed as well...
