أفغاني يواجه الاعدام لاعتناقه المسيحية

كابول – و ص ف – أعلنت السلطات القضائية الافغانية امس اعتقال افغاني اعتنق الديانة المسيحية ولذلك يواجه عقوبة الاعدام في حال رفضه العودة الى الاسلام. وقال احد قضاة المحكمة العليا انصار الله مولاي زاده ان عبد الرحمن سجن قبل اسبوعين بعدما كشف اقاربه للشرطة اعتناقه المسيحية. واوضح ان "هذا الرجل اعتنق المسيحية، وهو يحاكم على هذا الاساس منذ الاسبوع الماضي" امام محكمة عادية، مشيراً الى ان عقوبة الاعدام قد تنزل به اذا رفض اعتناق الاسلام مجدداً وفقاً للشريعة الاسلامية. وينص دستور جمهورية افغانستان الاسلامية الذي اقر في كانون الثاني 2004، على ان "لا قانون يمكن ان يخالف مبادئ الاسلام".
وفي حال اعدامه، سيكون عبد الرحمن اول افغاني يعاقب على اعتناقه ديانة اخرى منذ اواخر 2001، اي منذ سقوط نظام "طالبان" الذي فرض الشريعة بشكل صارم.

I cant start to tell you whats wrong with this article i am so angry with the stupidity of the Afghani legal system of convicting a man just to turning to Christianity. where are the demonstrations now to save his life?????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????

It's the 3rd world mentality that does not believe in democracy and the difference of opinion and the freedom of religion. It's just radicalism at its best. I would suggest a peaceful demonstration infront of the afgani embassy if there is even one, but other than that there's nothing much we can do.

It is as if they just return to the talban mentality , with other figures.

The Human rights associations should react, it is their responsibilty!

Problem is, the Hadith teaches the execution of those who turn from islam. So if they are following the hadith, they are doing according to their religion. But I don't know how much the ''Hadith'' is considered infallible for muslims. Anyone with knowledge about the subject can clarify this please?

yea i agree! some ppl turn the true religion from what it is into something else! and that gives the wrong idea abt it
and thats why u find ppl hating their religion and blaming everything on it!

laugh or cry!

It's a hard world we are living in,
Hard people we are deeling with,
Tough and Strong moments we are facing,
politics...religions...socials...cultures....

still there are -intellectually- under leveled people whom we blame everyday to behave like this

Anyway all of us now or later will face these defenses...
