hehehhee... mmmm, let me guess, this excuse is a Shumacher/Ferrari trademark with their Bridgestone tyres !!

Mephisto, Chief and Caramel... stick to Loeb coz he is going to win it again this season !!

Loeb is obviously a talented driver, a very good one in fact.
But i have a little "antipathie" towards him, back for the first title he won:

Back then I was a peugeot 206 fan, and supported gronholm, Subaru was my second favorite team.

It happened that Loeb rarely dominated a race: he was always 2nd or 3rd all rally long, but benefit for a misadventure from a 206 or subaru driver to grab the win, and the championship title!

I still feel that he kind of stole the title...

ok, next years, he dominated... but i still don't like him.

Back to your comments ya Osiris, I don't like Schumacher, nor Ferrari, nor their gossips.
I just reported the comments made by Subaru, i just hope that they are right (the determined the problem and try to fix it)

Mephisto, The problem is in the subaru v/s citroen. Citroen is more reliable and more stable than the subaru.

Technically speaking, a rally car that is more like a square is definetly more performant than the ones that have a rectangular shape and that was proven with the Lancia Delta Integral, the Peugeot 206 and lately with the Xsara.

The Impreza on the turns is less stable than the citroen thus giving the xsara a remarkable advantage on the competition

but dont u think that french are the best at tarmac rallys...

Panizzi used to be my favourite french driver... He used to compete with the WRC cars with just an F2 car...

The are good but can we compare:

- Tommi Makkinnen, Petter Solberg, Marcus Gronholm, Carlos Sainz, Colin McRae and all the Finns, swedish, english, italian, spanish drivers

to

- Gilles Panizzi, Sebastien Loeb and all the french drivers

???
