Not really..

Here's the status for each continent:
  • Asia and Oceania: still one game in November between Bahrain and Oceania champion New Zealand
  • Africa: Still one last round in November
  • Europe: Last round tonight - 9 teams will be qualified + playoffs for the second seeded teams later on: the eight best runners-up will compete in two-legged play-offs in November.
  • South America and the CONCACAF: last round tonight and one more playoff game in Novemebr between the 5th in South America and the 4th in the CONCACAF

I would agree on this one now.

Khallina nkhalles with Uruguay tonight 3ala kher and we'll see what might change.

Remember in the 2002 World Cup qualifiers, Brazil struggled and barely made it but it ended up winning the WC.

Today you will know a lot of them but not all of them.
In Europe you will know all the direct qualifiers (9 teams). The others you will have to wait for them to play a second round in mid-November. ( 8 teams to compete and only 4 will make it)
In Asia it's almost done, but there is still a game between the first in Oceania and the 5th in Asia. The one who wins qualifies. But four teams from Asia already qualified.
In Oceania as stated, first team is determined already but they cannot qualify directly, they have to face the fifth in Asia in mid-November as stated above.
In Africa, 2 already qualified (+ the hosts=3). The others you won't know them today, but in mid-November.
In South America, three already qualified and you will know the 4th to qualify today. Also today we will know the fifth placed team. This fifth placed team will face the fourth placed team in the North and Central America qualifications but not now in mid-November.
In North and Central America, we already know 2 directly qualified, the third is to be determined today and will directly qualify. Also the fourth will be determined but will face the fifth from South America in mid-November as stated above. The one who wins between them qualifies.

Edit: Osiris already answered more briefly.hehe

It will be hell of a match. I mean Uruguay statistically in the tournament have better offense and defense. Moreover, they have first class attackers. ( Suarez, Abreu and probably the best Forlan). And most importantly it will be on Uruguay's ground. I know Argentine might still qualify to the play-offs if they lose, but Ecuador are playing against an already-qualified Chile, so a draw is crucial for Argentina. I think the coach is just awful. Dunga played the most conservative football and Brazil still qualified considerably with ease and by having the best offense and defense in the tournament. Argentine just need better coaches.

Osiris, you are totally right.
