From 24 % to 43 %.So I guess spain has no more advantage of signing foreign top players over serie a. So a player his team paying him 20 million used to collect around 16 million. With this new rule he will collect around 11million.

this is huge blow to real madrid and barcelona. But above all real madrid, they sign alot of players from the foreign market ( kaka, ronaldo, owen, beckham,benzema and list goes on...)
