But now our level became more stable if i may say.
5 years ago the competition in the Lebanese championship was high which made the people more interested also about he basketball, as for now, the competition is no longer as it was, most of the teams are competing for the second place, thanks to Riyadi and Hariri's money.

No my friend, I agree with you, Real Madrid is a good example but it's different here, you can't compare, none of the lebanese teams is even close to what Riyadi can pay, take the Sagesse per example (3al watar l 7esseis :P) they wanted to bring Darius Rice this year, but they couldn't because he wanted 30 000 $ per month, who can pay this much but Riyadi ? (ok Mouttahed is paying 45 000 for one of their foreign players, but look at the rest of the team) Imagine that the sagesse could bring two players like him, the competition would be much much stronger, right ?
This was my point so the money in the Lebanese basketball does make a difference.
The Riyadi's budget is 2 Millions Dollars, while the Sagesse's is 1 Million (men ba3ed ma akal kam dareb 3ammo Shehwan), so it's normal that the Riyadi are twice stronger than Sagesse, however my reply was not mainly about this year, coz other team's funding is becoming more and more stronger and bigger in the past couple years, as for Riyadi it has been always like this, this is the difference.

well ya layyous enno here i cant argue with you in anything you said.. i guess u got very good valid points, but it is not Riyadi to blame! let others get stronger or let the federation put a maximum spending amount!

Yalla lets enjoy sagesse Vs Bluestars now:)

Eh hek ana ma3ak, 100%.
Inta you misunderstood me, I was just giving my opinion about why people are not interested in basketball like they were before, IMO it's because ma 7ada KEIN fi yedfa3 ad ma L Riyadi kein fiyoun therefore battal fi kteer competition and par suite people started to get bored. halla2 lesh w keef w ila ayn.. hayda gheir 7adees.
Anyways, yalla let's enjoy the match :)
Go Blue Stars
