Berhapsi yes berhapsi no...

U forgot riyadi dania, they have a super team... Im a sagesse fan since forever but i don't think it will be an easy mission for them... They need to be 100% ready for every game especially the ones against riyady and blue stars and champville...

Sanford didn't show his real level yet, yesterday I saw him in the training and asked about his performance in the team... he is not in shapw and needs some time to start showing his real level... it is important to mention that Sanford was teh MVP of the Australian League last year.

As for Rodrigue Nakouzi, no doubt that he is one of the most talented players in the team but it is a bit diffcult for him to get a lot of time on court because Fady plays in his position and most probably the Sanford or any foreign coming to replace him will be able to play on 3.

To update Sagessians a bit: Kenny, Maurice Abi Kannan and Elie Stephan are lightly injured while the injury of Charles Bardawil needs some time to be healed.

If we want to have a competitive league, I think 7 teams are more than enough for the Lebanese league and this year they are quite representative

Riyadi : West Beirut
Sagesse : East Beirut
Champville : Metn
Bluestars : Saradar & Jraisaty
Antranik : Armenian (even if the most popular Armenian team is Homentmen)
Anibal: Zahle and the Bekaa
Mouttahed: Tripoli and the North

Still needed a team for Kesserwan (Tadamon ? Kahraba ? ) and one for the South ( Fidaa Saida ? )
But (unfortunately?) the Lebanese Basketball fans do not support their teams depending on the region but depending on their beliefs, on the players or one the winning teams !

--------------------------------

In other new Champville beat Moutahed (that won over Sagesse 2 days ago ) yesterday playing a big part of the game without foreigner.
Note that Champville foreigners should be Ndongo Ndiaye (Ex Homentmen and Ryadi) and White Wayland a very impressive american player with a big faculty to dunk, IMHO the best dunker to come to lebanon. I hope he will stay coz he will clearly do some show.

Omega, thats the major problem rodrigue has been facing lately... He doesn't have his chance to play and prove himself, eventhough, in my opinion he will make it big and be a great replacement to fady only if Scott Fields will give him the chance, the enough chance to play and show his skills.

Plus, why should sagesse get a foreigner on position 3?? They need a 5 or a 4...
