Health Clubs in Beirut

Does anyone know of a nice, clean, and well-equipped health club in the Beirut area? One that boasts treadmills, bike machines, weight machines, and weights at the very least, as well as bathrooms with showers and locker rooms, and is under $75 a month. Things like a steam room, sauna, swimming pool, etc, would be major pluses. And good parking no more than 5 min walking distance away is essential.

There is one called Escape with all the spesifications you've mentioned for 80$, but it's in Beir Hassan. In Beirut the prices range between 100 and 150 dollars. However they make offers if you were a group.
