I guess this season it's Bahrain TV.

If Ferrari go ahead and quit F1 this year, it's R.I.P. Formula One. There's more dirty politics going in F1 today. It even makes Lebanese politics look like Shangri-La compared to the dirtiness that is going on there.

I hope FOTA does break ranks and form a new series...

I hope FIA goes with the budget cap. I been massive supporter of this budget capped teams IN F1. And in many other sports as well..

Its so simple. You have team X, Y And Z. Team X spends 300 million, Team Y has only to spend 75 million and Team Z has 50 million. Every year Team X wins..
With budget capped around 60 million. Team X, Y And Z each will be spending around the same ( below 60 million). They will think wiser on what to spend, plus it will make cars very close of each other as well. We will see who in the blue hell is best driver on planet.

Ferrari are bunch of pussies, they are afraid they get beaten and be a mid-table team in a budget-capped F1. They want F1 To be like each year mclaren vs ferrari fight lol..

what a joke they are

Sev, the problem isn't about the two-tier rules and the budget cap proposed by the FIA. It's about the FIA doing whatever it wants without seeking input/approval from the teams. The teams met today and decided that either FIA backoff its controversial plans, or they're all walking away from F1 next year. This isn't about Ferrari/McLaren vs the rest of the teams. Toyota have an even bigger budget than Ferrari does and they've never won a race.

The teams are interested in budget caps but not $60MM. How can a team like Ferrari, McLaren or Toyota go from over $500MM to $60MM? That's like slashing their budget by almost 90%!

And only the elite should be in F1. It is (to become was) the pinnacle of motorsport. Walmart and the Dollar Store don't need to be on Rodeo Drive. If the small teams that Max Mosley wants to include in F1 next year can't afford joining the big boys' club, then probably they don't belong there. Let them join GP2 instead. If the new small teams join, and the today's big names leave, imagine the following headline in the news in 2010: Wirth Research drivers beat Epsilon Euskadi drivers in Australian GP; Formtech drivers come in 5th and 6th, while RML's drivers come in 7th and 8th.
