Man, really, sometimes you amaze me.

WHERE WERE YOU WHEN SOLIDERE WAS ILLEGALY CREATED? Uffffffff!!!! You think the whole "Stop Solidere" campaign is just because of anti-harirism?

Téné shi, Patrimoine National does not imply nationalising the buildings/houses/etc. A lot of personal houses are "classé". The owners just can't destroy them.

They were classified under national heritage. This explains the fuss about the fact they destroyed them.

Bassam what does the lejnit el tathkif have to do in this?

Another thing, in almost every post of yours you attack some entity of the FPM, if you are so annoyed by FPM, what are you still doing in it, ya khaye rouh, break free, open your own party or follow another party that fits your convictions. I know that you worked hard for FPM and you sacrificed and you invested as everyone else, but when somehting you are in does not satisfy you anymore, either you try to work on it, and it is defintely not through the means you are using, or you just leave it. Enno bel 3arabe el mchabrah, fala'etna.

Yeah he has a dilemma.

Comrade you do not have to like FPM 100%, if you feel that we represent and articulate your thoughts the best, than stay.If not look for alternative ones.

That goes for so many so called ex FPM, that prawls that site, claiming to be disappointed by GMA.

Most are SG LF, FM supporters that are ashamed of openly claiming their affiliation, and using the guise of ex FPM to try to score some points.

We are neither scared nor ashamed of who we are, and we are ready to intellectually engage always. That what makes this site the BEST.

I was wondering if I'll just laugh or write some kind of reply, not knowing if it's worth it or not. LOL

Youchka,
What I do is purely my personal business. Whoever feels annoyed about my attitude can leave FPM. I know very deeply what it is to be a correct FPMer and I give lectures in it so I'm indeed not to be lectured about it.
And as I said in many threads in previous times, FPM is not something you leave or join, except for some superficial neo-partisans. FPM is a state of mind. FPM is something you are. FPM is an attitude. FPM is a vision. That's what FPM is. I don't think you disagree about that.
And when I criticize, it doesn't mean it's the only thing I do. You do not live with me to know what percentage of my activism does criticism constitute. That's assuming you are not questioning my intentions and motivations. If you are, that would be a different story that I am sure many readers who know me would fall laughing about.

As for hannablablabla, having joined in March 2008, I guess you should review your eligibility to judge Comrade Bassam's behavior. Ex-FPM? LOL. Fehmen bass :P. Too many people dream of that don't worry, but FPMers like myself will remain forever the pain in the *** to everyone who behaves wrong in FPM's party or anywhere else.

- Anyway this has nothing to do with the remark I made here about one of FPM's working groups. The note I added was a kind of sarcasm to hit the subject and some other subject at the same time. Forget it anyway. Just be happy :)

I do not question your intentions nor motivations and you know that. Now do I live with you to know what you do outside this forum. My encounters with you are on this forum, and all I am seeing is criticism. I judge what I see not what I don't. And indeed FPM is a state of mind and an attitude, and this is why I told you either you change what you do not like, or just leave, as in just quit FPM and start a party that fits your vision.... You come in here and criticize, knowing that this is neither the place not the audience. Enno can you please tell me what you achieve here from constantly criticizing? Was it beneficial? Did it help you achieve something? Could you please explain to me the relationship between the Lejneh tathkifiyeh and this thread specifically? Maybe I am missing something.

Bassam, with all due respect and admiration to your zeal, i truly hope you are not an FPM lecturer. A lecturer should have an open heart, an open mind, and the ability to deliver a convincing message. I am not doubting your commitment to FPM, I am just highlighting your inability to cope with different perspectives that seems to be reflected in your posts throughout our interaction on this forum. what's going on? you're always either on the deffensive or the offensive.

I read that post of yours regarding the committee and quite frankly i didn't get it. I am not jumping in to the defense of Youshka, but i think that you need to calm down a bit. You may want to forward that recommendation yourself to the committee in question and i agree it is a good idea; but since you are a lecturer, shouldnt that put you in contact with the right people?
