The host is training in "Krav Maga" which is a form of self defense invented by the Israeli military by stealing a bunch of techniques from Asian martial arts and calling it Israeli, sort of how they did with Palestine, falafel, and F-16s (from the American taxpayer).
It gives great insight as to why the Israeli ground forces were shredded in July 2006 and why they refused to enter urban centers in Gaza last month.
