Even this most recent history in Cyprus should me remedied or else the vicious circle never ends. Try to think more like an Armenian and less like a Lebanese. Lebanon offers the worst kind of coexistence in the world if there ever was one. Not all nations are built on mutual deception.
so, you are saying that ataturk is a great guy... and he did not do any ethnic cleansing... in the 1950's maybe..
and they should be forgiven...
w khalas... and the one who was raped allah ma3o
welli mat allah yekhdo
welli thajar allal la yraj3o

i think the sum goes to 1 million people.

good great...

PS: Christianity has nothing to do between states and in poltics.

Turkey has to acknowledge that it did a GENOCIDE
against the armenian and the greeks...
just like germany acknowledged..
they need to say to the world that our ancestors or whatever it is that you are considering did this and not tell the world that armenians killed them and armenians attacked turkish villages...
if you read more you may notice that their propaganda is turning it on the armenians.
so, keep this in your mind... there is not a single teeny weeny little armenian or greek thrown in cave away from the world willl ever accept the fact of the genocide and forgive it..

as for Turkey growing up...
yes, i may very well kill all the shi3as druze and christians and armenians and any other minority in this country and make Lebanon a pure uninational Sunni country and then i steal lands (prosperous lands that have water and agriculture and especially touristic sights) and i put my head under the american knife and i say we are growing this country. so, what is so heroic in it. doesnt it remind you of another country????? Israel perhaps

i gave the sunnis as an example
but nothing stays as it is...

masla7at aldawla hiya masla7at alsha3b... all the people.
there is no necessity for a state if there are no people in it.
and please... we are not talking about occupation or imperialsim.
we are talking about ethnical cleansing a genocide... there is a lot of difference. 1 million people being dead in two days...
it is Genocide

During a world war where Japan was directly involved.
but this peasant who was working in his own land what was he doing to the turks.
come on the reasons are different.
Besides no one knew the real effects of the nuclear bomb.
the turks knew exactly what were doing like Hitler. they were erasing a nation and if history is repeated they may do the same ugly thing all over again
not mentioning how armenians are living in Turkey now. where the first three numbers in their passport ID shows that they are armenians and this takes away citizenship previledges from them.

believe me Turkey is nothing close to what you see or what you read. They are ethnocentric TURKS. take away the major two cities istanbul and ankarah. you will find something even worse than afghanistan.

reminding you that their culture ruled the middle east 600 years,
tell me, what do you find from their culture now. nothing!!! null!!!
they did not do anything they just ruined.
and they will be the same right now as soon as mother USA will take its hands off them.
they are b........ with all do respect to everyone.

LebArmenian you mention the Greek Cypriot victims of the war, but what about the Turkish ones? You do know there are thousands of missing persons of Turkish origin ???
