Yes,I know, but hopefully them supporting the israelis might have a bad impact on their popularity. This might not be true with LF supporters but the sunnis of lebanon by history have always been anti-israeli and the new boy in the square Saad won't change that. Him supporting the israelis during such a war would have a bad impact on his support.

After thinking carefully, I don't see it in Assad's nature to start a war with the israelis. He is too coward for that in my eyes. We were getting carried away.

And also in history those sunnis were pro-syrians!! And now as we're seeing they're anti-syrians.. It's all intersests matters!! In July's war per example,Saad was against Hezbolla, enno, all the goverment was also..

I agree with U that Syria will not participate to a war against Israel! And yes,in my opimion, they're cowards..

Syria is more than ready for war.

Thor is on our side, Shiva guards us, and the Lion King leads us.

The american crusaders and their zionist buddies want a war, and it's nothing less than a war they will get.

Syria prevails.

I will not cease from mental flight,
Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand,
Till we have built Jerusalem,
In Golan's green and pleasant land.

As for you skeptics, hippies, and bedwetters .. your fate will be similar to that of the enemy.

So Israel attacks Syria, then what? What will happen in Lebanon? Will it be dragged into the conflict or will it be able to stay on the sideline?

It'll be dragged into the conflict. I don't see how HA could justify not assisting Syria in this situation, or how anyone else in Lebanon could stop HA.

That's what you call smart politics. The US have been doing that all around the world, it's about time someone in the Middle East outsmarted them at their own game.

But that's besides my point, why has Syria exploited their smaller neighbours?

Because their neighbours are EXPLOITABLE!

Don't blame Syria for our stuff ups, they just used our mess for their gain and they won.

I'm more inclined to think Israel would want to drag HA into the conflict. I don't think HA would jump in otherwise.

I guess it depends on the context. If Syria attacks Israel, then it would be harmful for Israeli retaliation if there was another front in Lebanon... Lebanon would suck up resources that could be used in Syria. But I agree with you that it's not in Israel's interests to fight Syria in the first place, they'd much rather clash with HA if given the choice.
