You should go ask the Lebanese about the rights of their slaves lol. Look who's talking!

What about the Arabian horse? Best horses in the world. What did the Indians and Pakistanis do to advance Dubai? lol Cute aren't you?

What we're discussing here are not human rights, but rather animal rights. Sex in public is ape behaviour, if you think it's normal, then it's because in some places they're used to it. T3awwadto.

This is a legitimate sentence.

People should do what they need to do in private.

Now this is just plain idiocy.

lebanon might not be better than dubai but at least lebanon wasn t built by those slaves, and if you don t know what the indians and pakistanis did to advance dubai then you obviously have no idea what u re talking about so let s leave it here.

Having sex in public is not inherently wrong, there is nothing animalistic about it.

It all boils down to cultural context. If in your culture such acts are deemed 'wrong' or 'sinful', then you'd probably have laws or other ways of defending against such intrusion. For some, sex (or other displays of affection) is a celebration to be displayed, for others it is best kept out of public sight. Both are equally understandable within their respective context.

It happens to be against the law in many countries, although tolerance for such acts are much lower in the Gulf. Cultures vary greatly in their levels of tolerance.

Cheers!

In minnesota being naked, alone, in your own room is illegal - no kidding

Most of the states have very forceful laws against public drinking. Many other (esp conservative) states have also forceful laws against public nudity and sex.

region laws are bad, but in this contest, they are indifferent.

As for public tolerance, conservatives communities in general cannot tolerate these acts, am very sure if the same thing happened along the mississippi, police would take them, and their news published in post-bulletin first page

Regardless of whether we agree with or disagree with the laws of a country, if you're a visitor or an expat, it's your duty to respect the host nation's law and culture. There is nothing more disgusting than seeing white British trash totally drunk at the night scene in Dubai, and those living here know what I'm talking about. That couple took it a step too far. I sometimes wonder how the Emiratis can stand this clownish behaviour, coming from a supposedly "cultured" people.

so just one question... when you say public sex... does it mean privately having sex in a public place ( beach, forest, parc..etc) or does it mean having sex publicly where people can easily see you!

i ve always thought that the definition was the first one.. which is in my opinion totally fun since it adds to the thrill blabla...this couple probably got really unlucky...

It doesnt make a difference if their were people present at the scene or not. Its not a matter of visibility. Its a "public" place, hence rules are specifically applied to this public place to serve the general populace.
