Is it like whenever someone gives an opinion about a regime change in Syria, he/she's meddling with Syrian internal affairs ?

Anyway, the way this issue is being approached by politicians is absurd. Usually, the opening would go around "We support a regime change in syria. Let people breathe. Syrian intellectuals need to be brought to the surface to spell an end to baathist terrorism"; at that point, the listener is relaxed and impressed by the zeal and courage of his next-best za3eem and his care for humanity's welfare, unknowing that he's going to get hit in the face few moments later with something like "... and it's because of the afromentionned reasons, that we place our trust in Abdul-Halim khaddam to lead the reform is syria, and strike the reign of baath with an iron first" . So let me get this straight ... they condemn baathism and syrian intelligence's terror, yet see in abdul-halim khaddam the role model for the supercomputer age ? A mockery indeed.
