Donatella Rovera, the head of an Amnesty fact-finding mission to southern Israel and Gaza, said: "Israeli forces used white phosphorus and other weapons supplied by the USA to carry out serious violations of international humanitarian law, including war crimes."

and like a foreign ministry spokesman of Israel admitted.

It is also verified that civilians got killed and injured by these weapons

Second, you are deviating from the subject of discussion. I do not recall anyone of us questioning actual Israel's use of WP shells. Dispute was over the purpose of those munitions.

Third, link you provided regarding 'IDF admission' does not contradict what was said so far (see 'second' for explanation). IDF says use was legal and unless proven otherwise it will have to do.

Forth, if you know the number of WP weapons used and actual number of injuries of any degree please let me know. If your HRW can make an accusation at very least they are presumed to have required facts. So, let's see it.
