Flares cannot be fired 'at' anything. Flares are aircraft's defense against anti-aircraft weapons and in advanced aircraft are designed to be triggered automatically upon detection of a threat. And flairs are designed to stay in suspended elevation for some time or they defeat their purpose.

Since you seem to not be getting it. I will rephrase.

But it's funny that you didn't even comment on the clear pictures showing "Israeli" white phosphorous shells falling on the UN school in question. I guess for you the "Israeli" terrorist government is more believable and trustworthy than your own eyes.

What you see on the pictures are leftovers of shells designed to explode high up above to produce a lot of smoke and/or light while slowly descending.
Sure they look spectacular and down right scary but try as you might those are not weapons but rather oversized firecrackers and if anybody ever gets burned by those it is only by accident or carelessness.
The only picture worth noting was the one with blood on the floor but since it cannot be determined whose blood is that and why it is there I decided not to pay much attention to that picture too. BTW, burns do not bleed.

Lest we forget that the Israelis blatantly lied about shelling the compound to begin with, then backtracked and said an "errant" shell hit it.

When in contact with white posphorous your skin burn to the bone becuase it is extremely reactive with Oxygen. And as we all know, the human body is full of it. So please do not compare a firecracker to a lethal chemical weapon. Thanks.

While it is true this is not what is being argued. You can get hurt by firecracker too but still firecracker is not designed to kill. The same with munitions in question. So, please do not confuse it with lethal chemical weapons. Thanks.
