Default Obama in danger? The whole world in danger? - 22nd April 2009

Al-ManarNetanyahu Cancels Trip To Washington, Obama Won't Meet Him

20/04/2009

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has cancelled his visit to the US to attend the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) conference after he learned that President Barak Obama will not meet on the scheduled time, Arabs48 quoted Israeli sources as saying.

Sources, according to the internet site, said last week that Obama refuses to meet Netanyahu in the time being and that every Israeli effort to make the gathering possible was to no avail.

The sources also said that Netanyahu’s silence to his FM statement was understood in Washington as support to Avigdor Lieberman’s conditional restoration of talks between Israel and the Palestinian.
Lieberman does not want to go on with a two-state solution and wants the Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish state as a precondition for renewing talks. The US firmly rejects the notion as recently expressed by special envoy Geroge Mitchell and the US State Department.

“The US is indirectly telling Israel that the chaos that characterized Bush’s 8-year term has ended and that Israel is required to stick to its commitments to the US by evacuating settlements and adopting the two-state solution, if Israel really wants Washington’s support,” the source told Arabs48 site.

The site’s report said that Netanyahu had asked President Shimon Peres, not Lieberman, to represent Israel during the AIPAC conference, for his capability to better promote Netanyahu’s government.

The Israel Army Radio said that despite Netanyahu’s statements following his meeting with Mitchell, the PM is ready to start contact with the Palestinians without pre-set conditions.

Obama is in a real danger now and the zionists start to consider him as an enemy.
IMO, I think that they will try to kill him as they did with Kennedy, but now, it'll be more easy cz you know that the racism didn't disappear from the white people's mentality, as this article shows:

Racial inequality remains problematic in the US. People of color continue to experience disproportionately high rates of poverty, unemployment, police profiling, repressive incarceration and school segregation.

According to a new Civil Rights report, “Reviving the Goal of an Integrated Society: A 21st Century Challenge,” by Gary Orfield, schools in the US are currently 44% non-white, and minorities are rapidly emerging as the majority of public school students. Latinos and Blacks are the two largest minority groups. However, Black and Latino students attend schools more segregated today than during the civil rights era. Over fifty years after the US Supreme Court case: Brown VS Board of Education, schools remain separate and not equal. Orfield’s study shows that public schools is in the Western states, including California, suffer from the most severe segregation in the US, rather than schools in the southern states as many people believe.

This new form of segregation is primarily based on how urban areas are geographically organized—as Cornel West so passionately describes— into vanilla suburbs and chocolate cities.

Schools remain highly unequal, both in terms of money, and qualified teachers and curriculum. Unequal education leads to diminished access to colleges and future jobs. Non-white schools are segregated by poverty as well as race. These “chocolate” low-income public schools are where most of the nation’s drop-outs occur, leading to large numbers of virtually unemployable young people of color struggling to survive in a troubled economy.

Diminished opportunity for students of color invariably creates greater privileges for whites. White privilege is a concept that is challenging for many whites to accept. Whites like to think of themselves as hard working individuals whose achievements are due to deserved personal efforts. In many cases this is partly true; hard work in college often pays off in many ways. Nonetheless many whites find it difficult to accept that geographically and structurally based racism remains a significant barrier for many students of color. Whites often say racism is in the past, and we need not think about it today. Yet, inequality stares at us daily from the barrios, ghettos, and from behind prisons walls. Inequality continues in privileged universities as well.

An example of white privilege is how Sonoma State University (SSU) has recently achieved the status of having the whitest and likely richest student population of any public university in the California. Research shows, that beginning in the early 1990s, the SSU administration specifically sought to market the campus as a public ivy institution—offering an Ivy-League experience at a state college price. Part of this public ivy packaging was to advertise SSU as being in a destination wine country location with high physical and cultural amenities. These marketing efforts were principally designed to attract upper-income students to a Falcon Crest-like campus.

To achieve the desired outcome of becoming a wine-country public ivy, SSU’s administration implemented special admissions screening processes that used higher SAT-GPA indexes than the rest of the California State University (CSU) system. According to Lani Guinier and Gerald Torres in The Miner’s Canary, high SAT scores correlate directly to both race and income with little relationship to actual success in college.

SSU also conducted recruitment at predominately white upper-income public and private high schools throughout the west coast and Hawaii. Consequently, SSU freshmen students with family incomes over $150,000 have increased by 59 percent since 1994 and freshmen students from families with incomes below $50,000 declined by 21 percent (2007 dollars). The campus remained over three-quarters white during this fifteen-year period, while the rest of the CSU campuses significantly increased ethnic diversity.

We are at a time in society when a majority of the population has elected a black President of the United States. This presidency is a hugely symbolic achievement for race relations in the US. We must not, however, ignore the continuing disadvantages for people of color and the resulting advantages gained by whites. Institutional policies and de facto segregation contribute to continuing inequalities that require ongoing review, discussion and redress. Efforts against racism must continue if we are to truly attain the civil rights goal of equal opportunity for all.

MI Chief: Obama Mideast Policy Threatens Israel

21/04/2009

Israeli Military Intelligence Chief Amos Yadlin said Monday that the Middle East policy of U.S. President Barack Obama's administration could endanger Israel.

"The Obama administration is determined to take initiative and move forward central processes in the Middle East," Yadlin told ministers at a special cabinet meeting.

"Obama wants to advance the peace process in the direction of realistic discussions with extremist elements," Yadlin said, adding that the struggle between what he called “extremist and moderate elements” in the region was worsening.

Over the last three years, Yadlin's security updates to ministers have mainly focused on the challenges facing Israel and have rarely referred to diplomatic opportunities with Syria or the Palestinians.

In his first appearance before the ministers in the newly installed Netanyanu cabinet, Yadlin offered his assessment of the strategic situation in the Middle East.

Yadlin commented on the threats facing Israel as well as the diplomatic efforts on the Syrian and Palestinian fronts. What was noteworthy about the day's developments is that in a briefing held by the Israeli Prime Minister's bureau following the session with Yadlin, the MI chief's remarks about the threats against Israel were the only comments released to the pres

This time if they kill a US president, the wolrd knows who did kill him. Lets say it wont be that easy to escape like they did with Kennedy or even Hariri, (I think the Jewish state killed him as well)

So, the whole world will be in a real danger and maybe this crime will lead to a WW3.

You know Anny that those people are really criminals and nothing will stop them if they feel threatened.

I strongly doubt that the Zionists would do anything like this. There are many degrees and ways to send messages across in the diplomatic world.

If they do plan to kill him, they will, like Nayla hinted, create a distraction first, example white racism bla bla bla and then they will blame it on them, but knowing them they will even create a better scape goat where they even benefit from the consequences, example: Sep,11.
Who knows it could be a somali pirate assassinating obama or a some Sudani, or even an Iranian, anything to justify an invasion of a commmon nemesis country. that is the zionist way.

I doubt it because when they killed JFK, there was no WW3 war after. It will only affect the USA. The zionists are still in charge of the USA governement nowadays. Their lobby is doing alot of dammage already and it hasn't change yet.

By the way, WW3 already started, haven't you noticed what is going on in Irak, Afghanistan, Sri lanka, next Cuba maybe, Lebanon in 2006. This time, it wont be like WW1 or WW2. It will be events like that fighting the same powers ; the American empire

I'm going to speak from the status quo perspective. I, personally, do not recognize Israel as a state and support its disestablishment to allow for one state by which people of all faiths can live together.

However, the problem in this equation is not Obama, it's the current Israeli government. People are ignoring the fact that the relationship between George W. Bush and Ariel Sharon was extremely close, and they basically founded their vision for the Middle East together. Olmert, Sharon's yes-man, followed the same political line as his predecessor and kept his views in line with what US Jews saw as a viable option for Israel's final borders--that being what is today Israel plus the large settlement blocs in the West Bank.

It is in the US's interest to solve the Palestinian-Jewish problem, because the US has realized that it cannot tame the Middle East and its support of Israeli occupation is the root cause of enmity amongst Arabs. They figure that if they finally solve the problem that the people of the Middle East will warm up to the West and the US will be able to more easily subjugate these nations as they have done in South America.

Netanyahu does not accept a two-state solution, and his foreign minister is a virulent racist that isn't marketable in the so-called "Freedom Loving" USA. This goes against US interests and, consequently, the interests of US Jews who fund our politicians.

So, the problem is not that Obama is too liberal on this issue, but that the Israelis are being to explicit in the advertisement of their racist policies. In any case, the clock is ticking for Israel and if they don't accept a two-state settlement, they are eventually going to vanish.

Well, all I know is most fortune tellers (not just in Lebanon) are hinting about something like that: Assassination of Obama, then World War., Even very old prophecies point to that! It's scary.
And we are in the worst location on the globe bcoz if ever there is a nuclear war we are close to Israel and no matter what happens or who wins, we are screwed:(

ALSO When that lebanese boat with the leb journalists got caught in Israel b4 reaching Gaza, during their interrogation they were told that Israel will not give up without a world war! Those exact same words!!! It kind of stuck in my head. You know because the lebanese detainees were very confident and were standing up to their interrogators, showing pride in the Lebanese resistance. So the general there said that to them. So it all makes sense.

Obama is the best ever to happen to US and probably to Israel.

To understand this I suggest you keep your eye on Iran.
