& the Palestinians are producing Kassam missiles.

I'm not sure myself, i saw many Lebanese happy that the Lebanese army got some helicopters and weaponry to use in Nahr al Bared camp.

My question is that if you believe the Lebanese army needs weapons to defend itself and the nation and attack aggressors than that is why Iran needs weapons as well.

I agree with you in the sense that i am against weapons period but when your enemy is stocking up on weapons and gets away with anything than you have to defend yourself as well.

Yes it is good news, just like the russian acquiring nuclear weapons is good news.
Ironically all the countries that have nuclear weapons do not engage in nuclear wars, only those who have nuclear weapons attack with conventional weapons those who do not have nuclear weapons. When the other country has weapons the other country thinks twice before attacking the other country. When you are able to inflict harm if attacked, people will think twice before attacking you just like Israel thinks twice before attacking Lebanon now after the July war.
Deterrence works miraculously

Iran produces nothing.
Every now or so, it "launches" new missiles who are in fact merely a rebadge of old Chinese or Russian weapons.

Read this (http://www.iran-resist.org/article3728) and check all the links on the page..

2 ways, either a drone points a laser beem to the target and the missile follows, or special ground forces lock a laser beem on a target.

The missile has tiny servos in the back that move the flaps to guide it to the target . There are no thrusts on these types of missiles.

The plan "drops" it and the rest is gravity.

Man unfortunately i don`t read french, so basically this site dismisses Iran`s claims of producing sophisticated and smart weaponary?

Almost everything IRAN produces is either a subset of Chinese made weapons or old remanufactured parts of U.S. made weapons from the SHAH days. F14s JET plans, M48s and M60s were part of the deals for the Shah.

Because of the embargo, Russia and China stepped in to fill the gap. This is an old design to begin with. Most likely made available sometime in the 70s and most likely is a copy.

But the problem we see with this bomb is that it has to be dropped from a plane. That means the Iranian airforce has to enter enemy territory in order to drop this bomb. That alone is a challenge with respect to the IAF.

Hye.

I apologize for not being clear. Please, allow me to rephrase.

Does anybody know how Iran will be able to deliver its smart (or dumb) bomb to the target?

This is exactly my point. (Sorry. I did not see your last post.)

Thank you
