You know, I'm really bewildered why do you choose to refer to things I
never actually wrote. Have I said rage is an excuse?
No, but to give an example of a state of mind in which the criminal would not necessarily be deterred from punishment.
I do not think rage is an excuse to commit a crime. (unless, of course, as you said, that person was mentally incapable\ insane or so much, but that's extremely rare)
I will appreciate it if you won't refer to things I never wrote. Either that, or try to improve your reading skills. At least read what I write twice, so we can have a real discussion here.

Says who? Punishment is a necessity. The less punishment in countries, the more crimes. It's not vengeance; it's called "Justice".
|
Again, you're missing the point entirely.
I never said punishment is not necessary. Stop spinning things around please.
I believe a
severe punishment is necessary in such severe crimes. It does
not mean the punishment should be barbaric and inhuman. Doing justice is to make him "pay" for what he has done - but again, not necessarily in an uncivil and inhuman punishment.

Punishment for crime is the epitome of civilization, other than that you're encouraging crime.

Yet again, referring to things I never argued against. Read above.

Where did you hear that? And what does that have to do with justice and punishment for criminals? You're giving me a case where a victim is punished for a mans crime against her? |
Point being - the girl complained about the men. Since she also "confessed" about the sex part, the Islamic militants found her guilty of out of marriage adultery, and the described punishment took place.
Relevance, just as I wrote in my previous point, as you once again failed to see, was to point out how sad that is that inhuman and unproportional punishments that should be long belong to history, still take place in the world.
Oh yes, my apologies, it was actually in Somalia.

On another note, a man with an Israeli flag talking about justice is laughable lol.

This racist sentence is laughable on it's own, and it's also a derivative of it's author. Figure it out on your own.
