I can't believe that no one mentioned VARROUJ. Varrouj, in the heart of Bourj Hammoud is the king of (of course aside the hummus, tabouleh, fatouch...) frog legs, ferre birds, sanasel, thal... and the best armenian food (monte, soubereg...).
There is also Halim in Bhamdoun, the best 3assafir you can ever have (sorry for the eco-environmentalists here).
The best hamburger I ever had was Snack Fady in Zahle- Mou3alaka, the typical lebanese 20 cms high hamburger. Unfortunately Snack Fady is long gone. Nothing comes close to it, Roadster burger not bad.

Taouk Massaad in Zahleh is the best Taouk EVER! If you haven't tasted it please don't even try to compare it to anything! Believe me, nothing is even close!
