Some of your suggestions were very very very disappointing. Applebees, Dominos, Chili, Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreame? Really?? I thought the Lebanese were more refined. Here's my picks. I don't know if these places are still open or not, I haven't lived in Lebanon for 10 years now.

Bedo in Burj Hammoud
Chez Sami in Jounieh
El Qanater in Mazraet Kfarzebian/Fakra
Snack A Van at NDU Old Campus (I'm dreaming if they're still there )
Pizza Napoli on Bcharri's road (Kousba maybe?)
Sea Sweet
Super Schtroumpf
Any restaurant in Ouyoun Orghosh

Oh dude I haven't been to Lebanon for many many years, let alone 3youn orghosh. My friends own a restaurant up there and I used to spend a few weeks there during Summer back in my college days (1990s)

Bourj el hamem Broumana is THE best Lebanese restaurant I've ever been to. (A bit expensive though but you get what you pay for).
Roadster my top pick and one of the best American diners I've been too. Even a few North American friends who came to visit last year were amazed by the food.
Semsoum (on the way up to Sassine square) has very good and innovative Lebanese food.
Mano in Bourj Hammoud for soujouk and basterma!

Bon appétit.
