1-peace and safety
2-look after our monuments and keep them in good condition to attract tourist
3 -electricity
4-traffic lights and speed limits
5-wel equiped public schools and universities
6-keep the environment green and recycle mainly everything
7-deduce the price of sim cards mobile phone and its cost
8-rain water should be saved in under ground tanks not wasted in sea
9-increase the basic salary so people can live in dignity
10- last but not least..safe roads with no holes left due to road repairment or others
well i can give more and more things that need to be improved but wil stick on these for the time being

1 - إنتخاب الجنرال ميشال عون رئيساً للجمهورية
2 - إعادة صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية
3 - تسليح الجيش اللبناني و إعطائه الصلاحيات للتصرف تجاه أي إخلال بالأمن
4 - العمل على رجوع كافة اللبنانيين المخطوفين من الجيش او من المدنيين من سوريا أو أي مكان آخر إلى عائلاتهم أو في حالة وجود جثامينهم إعادة الجثامين و نبش المقابر الجماعية لمعرفة مصائر المخطوفين و إنتشال جميع بقايا الجثث من قعر البحر إذا ما زال هناك من أثر لهم
5 - إعادة الإعتبار للجيش اللبناني بكل افواجه وألويته و قياداته
6 - إعادة المستوطنين في لبنان إلى بلادهم كإن من كانو من فلسطينين او مجنسين أو أو أو و إرسال كل شخص موالي لأي بلد أو دولة غير
لبنان إلى الدولة أو البلد الموالي لها.
7 - إعادة سمير جعجع إلى السجن لأنه بخروجه منه خرب لبنان
8 - وتغير الطقم السياسي المعفن كله
9 - إضمحلال الطائفية
10 - إعادة صياغة بعض البنود من الدستور اللبناني وتبني قول الجنرال ميشال عون بأن كلنا متساوين
After & with these improvements LEBANON will surely get better & all the lebanese will get A much comfortable life & will have their needs.

I truly believe that lebanon needs a dictator in order to progress. Mind you, an enlightened dictator, not a tyrant, one needs to differentiate between the two.
We absolutely need to be less dependant from regional and other countries in Electricity and Food production. We import too much and that's why we are politically dominated by those same countries!
In order to be more independant, we need to improve our capacities of water storage (so that we can increase agricultural surfaces) and improve our renewable energy production by imposing solar water heaters for new buildings and fiscally encourage all kinds of renewable energy and self production (wind, solar, energy from waste, recycling, compostage, etc).

1- Central social security, health-care and education systems
2- Transport efficiency (organization, bus lines, and why not create a train system for both passengers and merchandise from the port to the east and the north
3- Build a second airport
4- Create a civil law applicable to all Lebanese and non-Lebanese residents
5- Build infrastructure for non-tertiary economy (Agriculture, manufacture, industry, etc.)
6- Create parks in major cities
7- Manage a better environment and environment tourrism

1- Ban all cars that can go over 70 Km/hr (Lebanon is too small, going faster will save very little time and kill more people)
2- Ban all cars that can go from 0-70 in less than 15 seconds (too much traffic to go that fast)
3- Ban ALL motorcylces (they are a hazard to public safety)
4- Ban the series "Nour" & all upcoming series similar to it like "Bab Al Hara 3"
5- Ban all kinds of smoking (we get enough of smoke from cars and 6 wheelers in our lungs)
6- Stop providing people with public electricity (a. un-predictable electricty makes it harder for people to plan their day b. it saves the government all the money it pays on public electricity c. it saves people paying one more bill)
7- Outsource external security to HA and raise pay for internal security unit personnel (Amin Dekhli) and enforce anti-bribery laws (saves the money we waste on military and uses it somewhere else that is more efficient)
