Default Mobile lines - 22nd August 2006

Well i am really angry and frustrated as ALPHA and MTC TOUCH stopped prolonging the expiry date of lines and no longer unlimited...i wonder how harsh they can be didnt they rob Lebanese ppl enough didnt they fill their pockets still after that hard war in lebanon they went back to stealing us taking what happened for granted ppl lost their jobs their houses they are broke now...so why directly stopping that..in all over the world when u buy a line u can keep it valid even if u dont use it for a year why now imposing more expenses on people we should open a petition and sign it against their cruelty..i dunno how so if someone can help please dont hesitate to..tnx best regards

Lady_forever, I totally agree... those two companies must be sued, we need new companies in Lebanon, we needs new features... it's too expensive, i cant beleive the difference between our mobile call costs and other countries...

mtc touch: 1 minute -> 0.5$ ... this ain't normal at all... NO wap, nothing that pushes you to keep your cellular phone with you...

WE MUST KNOW THAT THOSE TWO COMPANIES
ARE APPROVED BY
"THE MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS..."

Since you guys are willingly paying them. Why shouldn't they take your money? Get Real!

A call for boycotting the use of cellular phones was done 2 times.
I don't think that it led to something because the Lebanese like to talk and they are never united even if this will reduce the cost.

Boycotting only does not help.

I suggest to do an open boycotting of cellular phone lines in order to reduce the costs.

something should be done asap! for sure the lebanese people are helpless here! you can sign petitions, boycott,,, till when!
it's a step that should be seriously taken by the government! what is happening in lebanon is a rare case! the companies are "stealing" in a way or the other the people! and only a verdict/decision can stop that!
