When you have a good Lebanese restaurant abroad, you create jobs abroad. When you export humus all over the world, you create good paying jobs in Israel.
I am happy that there are good Lebanese restaurants everywhere. But I am proud that Israel is the leader in the humus market world wide. This creates jobs and benefits Israel. Also, you would have expected the Lebanese or the Arabs to beat Israel in this, but they were not entrepreneurial enough. So the jobs are in Israel instead of in Lebanon. That is what competition is all about.
