Get out from this world, read the NGO reports on Lebanon and the violation of HR and WR in our country.
REalize that what YOU are trying to justifiy is a result of years of discrimination.
You still enjoy such law and find them "just"? I feel sorry for you... specially that we are gonna fight **** hard and Change them! :-)
Now you jumped to another topic which is : Our culture (the inherited one !!!! ) is discrimantory against women ?

can you tell me what is wrong with our culture ?
what is going to change anyways ... ma 7ana ba3do 7ana 3ala awlet ziad ..

On the Citizenship Issue, it is discriminating indeed to Lebanese Women. About naming, It dosen't have to be the mothers name either, we can't replace one type of discrimintion with another! In the US for instance a growing number of generation X are being named after both their parents jointly!
An example: John Walker Lindh, the American Taliban (How did i came up with this example, I don't know the hell how!! )

Man , about the naming its ok , but this will get us into a slippery slope argument in the future goverments .. .. and also replacing a discrimantion by another , i dunno man but this is like compansating with one group and hurting other ...

whoever told you that i didnt visited Saida??
I did go to Saida and I know very well how it is and that it is beautiful.
As for you guys needing me there, no worries, give me some time and not only Saida bu Lebanon entirely will go through a change
The young generation is a very strong and commited generation indeed You can probablky tell this by looking at people in this forum like Phoenix, Amirkani, TonyFPM, Supelec, Souss, etc etc and the list goes on..
