Of course there is the thing U'll hear every time U come from abroad even if from holidays: "7amdella 3al saleme" as if U were working as a war reporter in kanddahar .
It is probably cz most of the people who traveled in the begining of last century never made it back but people kept saying it nowadays
Anyway dont 4get to reply by "allah ysalmak"

Whenever someone new enters the room they all invite him to sit but he declines and invite someone else to sit (usualy the biggest), this person replies: "Noo I have been sitting all day" and the conversation moves on leaving the chair empty!!!

And there is the food tradition (lebanese "will cook a BBQ to feed 500 people when all they are feeding is 15.")

this one is also true: "-The conspiracy theory in Lebanon is a real tradition !!Everybody is allying against the lebanese people and everyone understands the whole political game!! ;)."
hahaha ths is soo true , i thought only my crazy family did it!! its nice to hear wer normal(about the hospital and no one sitting on the chairs), ,, u forgot the tradition tht not 1 day can go buy tht u cant watch the news, or when ur at someones house for lunch, even after u eat 3 plates when u finish thyll say" shoo bak ma akalt shi!!", ooo yaa the biggest lebanese tradition is SARCASM, not only from friends but also from people u hardly know, i was once in my mothers village and a old man(ive never seen b4) saw my car tht i hadnt washed for 2 weeks and he says "shoo ma 3indkon 7anafiya be beirut?"
