C&R Block should use an official spokesman or spokeswoman that would meet with the press on weekly bases. I would rather they use one woman and one man, alternating each weeks. someone like Vera Yammine would be an excellent choice. good looking, calm, smart, and able to transmit ideas clearly.

GMA's appearances are being used against him regardless of what he says, the good parts will be simply swiped away, and the media will focus on the bad parts and the tongue slips. if there is anything important to convey and requires GMA to make a personal appearance, then a stand alone press conference should be called.
