Can you guys specifically point out what you don't like in his press conference instead of saying he's attacking everybody?
First of all, the party leader should only talk about big lines and big decisions that would be taken.

You don't hear Pauline Marois heading all the press conferences of the PQ
You don't hear her answering every single politician who attacks her

Hell, you don't see Hassan Nasrallah answering everyone in Lebanon, anytime someone criticizes him.

When the leader talks, everybody should be there to listen to him.

In the first couple of months, whenever Michel Aoun was heading a press conference or was being interviewed, the whole country used to stop to listen to him.
Now he's everywhere, it diminishes his importance.

As to the other details, he doesn't need to answer every single person who criticizes him. He has his "lieutenants" who could take care of it. There's some sort of protocol or even way of dealing with this stuff.
By answering a "second rate" politician like Fatfat, it means that you're placing the leader at the same level as this guy.

Even when another leader criticizes you, unless it's something HUGE, you let your second, third or fourth in command (or even any MP or party official) answer him

Ba3den, please spare us the "loyalists campaigns are getting to you", la2anno it's very insulting.
It's like we can't criticize our own party anymore without being branded as brainwashed
