Mentioning the eyes, I hate it when a fair woman with blue or green eyes dye her hair blond, it make her look pale and takes the attention out of the eyes... Blond hair suits more those with brown eyes and light skin.

As for short hair, it suits very few women but the majority would look more attractive with long hair with a nice cut ..
