In secular countries the belief in God is constructive. Its sources is benevolence (i.e. if you meet a believer he/she would be doing some good everywhere because of his/her belief). I emphasize that secular is not mixing politics with religion and does not mean banning of religion on the community level.
Hence the belief in God in secular countries is positive on the individual level.

In theocracies the belief in God is destructive and xenophobic spreading of hate. Politics and religions are mixed, individuals believe but are the type of believers who portray God in a negative way (Wars in the name of God etc.).
