Arabic speaking people are educated, they are just not Arabs, they do speak Arabic... Is speaking a language enough to starting a revolution.

Please note that in France the revolutionaries did not all speak French before the Revolution....Only England did revolt with its English language and Anglo Saxon origins, are the Arabs like the English all nomads=Anglo Saxons...I doubt it
