Hi coldplayer,

First you should find out if you really like DB programming so you can learn it fast and succeed in it. I can tell 2 Oracle courses with self practice can put u on the right track.

As for job market, I don't know much about Lebanon, but all SW developers start somehow, nobody was born with experience. And as a Software developer, I see that there are always open positions for Oracle developers and administrators.
