Default Concerned about my career - 2 Hours Ago
Dear all,
I am writing this since I am concerned about my career. I have been working and stuck for 3 years in the same position position. I am a graduate of MIS and I work in business in a large Lebanese company. In this position, I am not being able to grow and use my experience in any other company.
I am thinking of taking Oracle courses in a learning institution (PL/SQL) so that I would have a chance to change my job, and keep in track with my career. I have learned a bit in DBMS softwares in universities.
So what do you think, would that help me change my job even if i do not have enough experience on what I learn.
Thanks for anyone who answer this... I would be thankful if software developers/IT could answer this question too. Is it difficult to find companies which hire entry level for reports developer?
Best regards.

Hi there (coldplay fan

??), well though i am not into programming and development, since my field is networking, but i can tell you 1 thing for sure is that certificates will help you boost your career, so if you are stuck in the same lousy job (aren't we all?) and can't find any replacement and you think that your time is going to waste, well use it to strengthen your cv by obtaining some certificates in your domain, i think there are Oracle DB certifications and stuff like that which you can study and attend the official tests and obtain certificates... good luck :)
