You presume that he didn't win and he knows it.
If he knows it why would he ask for another election : if he lost the fiorst one without fraud then there's no way he wons the second one without fraud given the difference (65% vs 30% ?) unless he's planning to fraud.
Is Moussavi a CIA agent ?
Regarding fraud : in Lebanon there were fraud and there's no video of it.
