This has nothing to do with the age of the TV station. OTV is now appealing to hardcore FPMers, not even to the moderate FPMers. Some of the ideas suggested in this thread (by Dark Angel) are low budget ideas that can be easily implemented. I would add that the language/tone should be changed at OTV... if you don't appeal to the average Lebanese, you can never win over the average Lebanese. When you cater to the hardcore orange audience only, your maximum achievement would be to "maintain" the hardcore FPMers... in FPM. And that's not a "good investment"
