OTV is improving but in slow motion, I don't think people managing otv have a problem with ideas as much as it's all a budget problem, it shows in the way studios are designed, programs wise i suggest otv follows the footsteps of MTV, they don't have to buy imported shows just make a decent studio and start of with hosting tech/music shows. |
