The majority of the people on the ground are not against the Islamic Republic, because the majority people on the ground are pro-Ahmadinejad/pro-Iran protesters. But even if the majority on the ground was against Islamic Republic, the majority on the ground does not represent the majority in the city of Tehran let alone in Iran as a whole .
