The problem that we care to treat mainly is at the level of the source and the communicated material, and this is very dangerous! This is why I said attempt to reform is a waste of time. What's needed is a re-engineering/re-invention process!

Secondary problems are at the level of the destination and the noise. We have to struggle to influence the destination by increasing the individual citizen's awareness, as well as the one of the public in general. But influence is done through communication, and here we come back to the source and communicated material problem mentioned above. Concerning noise, what we can do is either preventive or active measures in order to make sure our communicated material reaches the destination correctly without any interference in its path!
Youre right Bassam, youre looking at the bigger (and arguably more important) picture, while i was looking at a specific period and specific political moves that needed to be communicated, and not the overall original vision. Perhaps me doing that is yet another proof of how we lost sight of it.
