and doesnt jealousy has always a base? but maybe yes you can get to a point that after you lost your trust, you will be always jealous without any base
I agree, jealousy is a very destructive feeling, destroys you and your partner as well, and once it sets foot it is so hard to uproot it
but how do you get over it? you said you experienced jealousy, could you trust that man again in whom you lost your trust before...did you stop being jelaous? or remained always suspective?
and then how about men? its a general men's complaint that they often feel like they are being controlled. I guess jealousy from womens side is just feeding this feeling in the men.
I would love to hear also some men's perspective, what they do or how they react when they are jealous of their gf.
