At the first stage of the accident, it's normal to refuse seeing any specialist.

If he's not at the first stage, ya3ne he refuses all kind of help, the family should ask the help of the physician who treated him after the accident.

The patient will do what his physician will ask him to do.

If he refuses to go to the physician, call the physician and ask him to call the patient for an urgent consultation.
