Obviously, it is for those who live outside Lebanon and don't have satellites, streaming online costs money and offering it for free will cost lot more since many will want to watch it online.
You can watch OTV's 8:00 PM news for free (not live), you can go to
OTV - News and Live Programs from Lebanon and watch yesterday night's news (usually around 10:00 AM it goes online), check the link, you can watch any 8:00 PM news from any date (2009).
