Is wp very much effective at burning skin? Does wp only react when in contact with skin tissue and no other substance? And when wp comes into contact with skin tissue does it not burn it? Does wp burn its victim from the inside out if the victim happened to inhale the wp smoke?
Answer those and the answer would pretty clear as to the intentions of using such a chemical in a small enclosed area which happens to be the worlds most densely populated.
