Second, you are deviating from the subject of discussion. I do not recall anyone of us questioning actual Israel's use of WP shells. Dispute was over the purpose of those munitions.
Third, link you provided regarding 'IDF admission' does not contradict what was said so far (see 'second' for explanation). IDF says use was legal and unless proven otherwise it will have to do.
Forth, if you know the number of WP weapons used and actual number of injuries of any degree please let me know. If your HRW can make an accusation at very least they are presumed to have required facts. So, let's see it.
