One cannot immediatly discern that you are lacking in intelligence because some logic resides in the way of you argument your point of view. So one has to resort to think that you try to belittle ones intelligence with such an analysis. I think that you are trying to belittle our intelligence. When a "Smoke Producing" "Flare" is just as effective in burning skin as napalm. What do you call it?
Firecrackers do as much damage? So why doesnt the army save up and use firecrackers instead? They sure are cheaper.
