Well as someone said, every situation is unique. I don't even believe the mother knew at the time... Probably she got to know once it was too late. Her son shot her husband, so... We don't know all the details. But the thing is, most mothers don't even know it happens... Incestuous fathers sometimes show their love the same way normal loving fathers do, so that nothing could be suspected...

I'm just speculating of course. I'm just saying that we can't directly accuse the mother, in a country where woman's rights are not really common! I have heard about many girls getting married when they were still children (in Lebanon)! It is practically legal to kill a woman for having sex with someone other than her husband (even if she doesn't have a husband yet).

Also, divorced women are left with nothing! They'll become a disgrace in an intolerant society! So blaming the mother is a bit easy for people who are raised by "western" values!
