1.Lebanon is producing 1400MW although installed capacity is of 2200 MW.
We also import electricity from Syria and soon from other countries.

2. yes, those three stations are in the Litani river. There are others (smaller) on Nahr el Bared, Assi and other rivers. But I think that all together, they cannot produce more than the three from Litani river.

About percentage of hydroelectricity in Lebanon, it's between 5 and 10% of our consumption (depends on lots of factors from year to year).
