PS: make a lawsuit against a newspaper is nothing new. In Belgium and Germany (probably France too, but I don't have the facts... hehe, I'm not l'Orient to start inventing info out of the blue), there have been numerous cases where the press has been taken as liable for the articles it writes, and have been subject to fines when it incited hatred by misleading the readers with fallacious facts!

I'll ask once more: New TV, Manar, NBN, Safir, Akhbar and a lot others attacked Aoun before, they made up stories before, why didn't you ask for their prosecution before ?
