It will disarm when you have an Army that can protect Lebanon from Israeli threats. It will disarm when the Shias stop being treated as second class citizen. It will disarm when the Palestinian issue is settled. It will disarm when you build a strong state that can protects its citizen from any threats anywhere in the country.
